Being a part of the Brian D. Wiggs experience brings many benefits home owners find appealing. See what a few of our clients have to say about the time with Brian D. Wiggs.

December 27, 2004

This letter is to describe our experience with Brian Wiggs during the building of our house in Wakefield Ponds. We built our house when Brian was still a part of Murphy Resources, Inc. In fact, we decided to use that organization because of the homes that we had seen that Brian had built.

This was our first homebuilding experience, and we went into it with fairly unreasonable and unrealistic expectations. Nevertheless, Brian was patient with us, remained very organized, and explained everything to our satisfaction. We were particularly impressed at how well Brian managed the construction process finishing our project on time and under budget. Despite managing many projects at once, Brian was always available, always approachable, and never seemed as stressed as would have been expected.

There are two statements that Brian made through the process that stuck with us. First, he would regularly say, "Trust me, and I will build you a great house." He was right. Second, if a problem would come up, his comment was, "Let me work on that so we can get it fixed." Usually, the resolution was quick and with a better than expected result.

Now, Brian has started his own company, and we have watched with great excitement as his homes go up in our neighborhood. Without a doubt, if we build again, we would talk to Brian first. We can recommend him with the greatest of confidence knowing that others can have a great home building experience too.

Sincerely,
Kevin and Michelle Lewis

Brian-

Alice and I are writing to express our gratitude to you and your team for our new home. To say we are pleased would be a gross understatement.

I recall when we first entertained the idea of building a custom home and we revealed our plans to others. There was an almost unanimous response. The warnings included break up of our marriage, long and expensive lawsuits against the builder, or at best,
a defective and unlivable house that in no way meets our expectations. Nothing could be further from the truth.

The building of this house has been a very low-stress process. Several factors account for that. You have assembled a team of professional and dedicated people. You provide an end-to-end service that addresses every phase. Everyone on your team we have worked with is responsive and dedicated to our total satisfaction. The single most important factor is your personal involvement and attention to detail. From the beginning, when you spent literally hours to understand what was important to us, to helping us perfect the plan, to personally attending to the details of the punch list, we remain impressed by your “hands-on” ethic.

Again, thanks to you and your team for making this an enjoyable process that culminated in the house of our dreams. It will be our pleasure to recommend Brian D. Wiggs Custom Homes.

Sincerely yours,

Brian,

We were talking and looking at the completed project(s) this weekend. We are so pleased with the way most everything turned out. The Front Door replacement, the Fans, Tile Work, Tub Install (Florence is so pleased with the way that turned out. She really hated that burgendy tub), Storm Door (we haven't had nearly as many bugs crawl under the door since it was installed), Cabinet tops (Florence has put all of the chickens and arrangements back in place and really likes the solid surface to put everything on. The books that we used for a spacer didn't do much for arranging the items to where they looked good. Now, she is able to adjust as new items are added and it looks so much nicer), The Cabinet Sink in the Half Bath (the Back Splash really blends in nicely), the TV cabinet looks like a piece of furniture (I'm so pleased that Evan was able to finish that job), the new Stools (they really look nice and I'm amazed every time they flush as to the way they work. I expect to have to flush the second time. That hasn't happend very often), the Hand Rail in the attic really gives me a sense of stability, the hole that was covered on the porch column, and the touch up after the base boards were replaced. Overall the job is great. All of the contractors that you used were very professional and the by the way everything turned out, we can tell that they took pride in their workmanship.

I probably missed something, but tried to recall everything.

Thanks again for a "Job Well Done". We really appreciate you, your staff, and the contractors that you used.

Sincerely,
H.L. & Florence Moore

Brian-

It has been two years since we moved into the addition you built for us. I have been meaning for some time to write you to tell you how much we have enjoyed the change in our home, and to thank you for your part in it.

You may or may not recall that we called you to discuss enlarging the bath room on the second floor. After a full discussion and your very valuable input, we instead built the master suite on the ground floor. That was certainly the right decision.

Well, I just wanted to let you know that we are really enjoying the addition and wish you well.

Sincerely yours,
